complain for others , not for yourself unless its too bad

As a thumb rule, it would be better to complain for others when service has gone wrong.

For yourself, if the service is around 20 percent ok, you may not complain for you.

Do not use tangential slanted remarks, do not rebuke, do not raise voice -- what you need to say , say it in normal cool voice except in the rare case.
