don't put a date., just give a space to put a paper with attendees name.In another place conference name printed paper may be inserted that is removable.

Put conference logo and sponsors logo mildly.

People will take the things if those are relevant to children

Some small useful items like stapler, staples, gems clip, glue stick, pendrive, memory of mobile, wireless mouse, paper weight, small torch, nail cutter, anti cutter, staple remover, batery for remote of tv.

Now a days many people have smart phone. So flip cover would be great for them. If they dont use, probably their kids do.

small umbrella would be great for most of the people.

Notebook is called journal book.

business card holder would be great.

One-size-fits-all hooded poncho in white for unexpected downpours.
